We take our member's privacy very seriously and as such, we take extra measures to protect our member's information. In order for us to process a member's GDPR request, the member MUST contact us via support ticket requesting such information. Admin will then send the member an Admin Confirmation Code to the member's account. The member must then log into their TrafficTiers.com member account and retrieve the confirmation code from their Account Profile. The member will then mail the confirmation code back to Admin verifying their identity/ownership of the said account.

TrafficTiers.com will not process GDPR requests for UNVERIFED accounts because TrafficTiers.com does not hold personal information for unverified accounts. TrafficTiers.com will only process GDPR requests when the following requirements are met by the member:

1. The member's account MUST be verified/active.

2. The member must contact us via support ticket and verify their identity via the Admin Confirmation Code that we send to them via their member account profile. Once these requirements are met, we will then process the GDPR request.
